Lemon

Lemon is a citrus fruit in the Rutaceae family. The Essential Oil is distilled from the peel. It takes 75 lemons to make one 15mL bottle of quality essential oil. Extremely powerful antimicrobial agent, lemons and lemon essential oil have been used for health purposes for at least 1000 years. The health benefits of lemons are well established, with many studies available. One study showed that simply breathing in the essential oil of lemons improved the neurological activity that promotes the breakdown of body fat.
